Default 1993 honda cbr 600f2 coolant flush

NEED HELP!!!!! More specific....
I am new to the motorcycle community and my 93 honda cbr600f2 is my second bike n I haven't had her long. I'm trying to put the engine ice I have in my bike n I have to get the other stuff out. Can anyone help a beginner out with draining old coolant out n I guess also flushing the system.

What do you mean by "it wasn't good"?
Engine ice will not solve the overheating problem. You need to discover the root cause of that and repair as necessary before putting the engine ice in.

Here is a view of the components of the cooling system. Perhaps this helps.
