Default ohio ride?

as many members as we have from Ohio here does anyone want to get a ride together? i have a riding group i do rides with but it would be different to meet up with a group of Honda's. if anyone is interested we could figure a central meet spot and pick a date. routes could be planned after we see where everyone is coming from. but figure central Ohio or southeast Ohio for better roads. just putting out a feeler.

i was thinking about doing a route down by 536, 556? just gotta figure out where to meet and how to tie the loop together. we use to ride down to zanesville to meet people from c-bus. then would ride south east 555 to 78 then over to the east side of I-77 and hit 26, 800 and then head up north. but it is like a 500+mile day for cleveland folks. i use to do it on my speed triple, but dont think the cbr is that comfy to do 500 miles this early in the season? we'll figure something out.

How bout a meet up in New Philadelphia.
Say "What up peeps", eat some grub, set some ground rules and roll out.

Head South on 250 to Bridgeport
South on 7 along the river to Fly
North on 800 to Uhrichsville
Then everyone goes home.

Trip can be cut shorter by cutting across from 7 to 800 on 148, 556, 78 or 255 instead of going all the way to Fly.
Or...
We can make a longer trip and hook up with more forum members and head even further south to say... Chesapeake?

or we could run 39 to 212 to 151 to 9 down to 148 down 7 by the river head back north on 556 to 800 run that up to 70 and head home from there(or back up 800). my riding buddies just ran 536 sunday and said it is filthy going north. saw a rider on a r1 break his collar bone and his new bike! on the 180 degree turn at the northern end of 536. said it is to dirty to have fun yet. isnt 250 mostly four lane? we only use parts of it to link roads i have never ridden all of that stretch. right now it looks like not to many replies yet so we will wait and see if more are interested. if not i will run anything as long as it has some twisty bits somewhere in it.

ground rules are good. my biggest ones are, gear up or stay home and ride within your personal limits.

Hey guys, I just moved to Ohio for the summer. Right now i'm living in Dublin, outside of Columbus, so I don't know the area at all. I would def. be down for a ride sometime if anyone is near me!
