Default Vertical challenges?...

I'm pretty tall for a girl (6'1") so when I bought a jacket I ended up having to go with a mens.
One of my friends is looking too now, and she is a little shorter than I am (she's about 5'10") and very skinny. Any leather jacket suggestions that are long in the torso and arms but still something you'd actually wanna wear? I have tried looking online but can't find any specific measurements?... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I need to find something nice and stylish and feminine too :-)

Default well

I'm pretty happy with Joe Rocket. I was also wearing men's jackets until I got this: http://www.bikebandit.com/product/11332 I'm 5'10 and average weight, so I probably weigh more than your friend. However, this jacket fits me really well and I have long arms and torso. The sleeves get a tad shorter as you go smaller in size, but not much. I started out with a Medium black, and found that my new Small white one fit even better, with only slight bagginess in the chest area. There's a way to cinch it down even tighter without tailoring that I figured out on my medium size of the same jacket. I can show you that with pics. If she can, have your friend try on both a small and an x-small to see which works better.

I assume their leather jackets fit the same way their textiles do, so here are some options:

Hope this helps!

I'd be tempted to get a custom leather suit from a place like Spartan - they're all custom so you could get what ever you want done - think they're around ~$500 for a 1pc race suit. I see they also do just jackets for ~275.

Thanks Sasha. I'll have her look for a few more Joe Rocket jackets. The dealer we went to didn't have any in stock so couldn't even try them on. She was originally looking at the Aura.. http://www.kneedraggers.com/details/...t--637972.html
Might just have to order it and hope for the best. Makes me feel a lot better though that you say they are longer, instead of just going by "it looks like in the picture"

Default nice

You're welcome Jennafer! The Aura looks good, I forgot that one in the list. She's probably going to be happier with a Small seeing as she still has long arms, and then just cinch the straps down to where she wants them. That jacket has the same strap setup as on both of mine. If she needs to, this is how: https://cbrforum.com/forum/album.php...pictureid=4232 You basically just fold and double-back the strap through the fastener. Glad I could help! Let me know what happens.
