My favorite drink though is Sazerac Rye Whiskey and Coke. If you drink Whiskey I definitely recomend giving the Sazerac a try. Being a rye it's a bit different but very good, and it's a fairly good value as well.

Am a big beer enthusiast, and will definetely be haunting this topic with different recommendations!
As for the distilled ones, I don't like Lafroich, think it tastes somewhat raw...
the best whiskeys I got are Ardbeg Uigeadail Islay Single malt. Definetely #1 in my roster, second is Big Peat Islay Vatted malt. Kind of a mix of the best of Islay, The third, not a whisky though, would be Stroh Jagertea.
Beers: at winter mostly dark, black stouts, porters etc, at summer mostly Lagers and very hoppy ales. An occasional IPA every now and then cuts exessive sweetness from life...
