Default What to buy ?

Ok guys. As there are plenty of opinions on here of which I respect, therefore I pose this question. I wish to emulate Sprock and be an owner of another 1000 F........lol. I intend selling my Blackbird to enable this to happen. I have my eye on a very nice 99 model.

For the Aussie guys in particular is the money he is asking on the mark here ? I will get enough for the BB to well and truly cover buying a younger 1000F with less km. I have basically lost the passion that I had for the Blackbird since being an owner of a 1000F. I just love this bike and want another one. Anyway let me know what you think.

It sure looks sweet. The problem is that they just don't make them any more. It's like buying art. How bad do you want it.

When I convert AUD to USD, it's almost 1 to 1, $6,950AUD = $6,935USD, a little high here in the states.

It's looks preety much on the money. I have been watching ones on fleabay, early 90 models fetching 3k to 3.5k and in alot worse condition, and their k's are around 90 to 100 thousand mark

This bike looks very clean and with a ventura rack, i vote to buy.

I've been looking at bike prices in Oz and AU$7000 doesn't seem to buy a lot! That CBR looks as good as anything I have seen.

Nice clean looking bike Bordo, though it does seem a lot of money. But I suppose it's very low K's and you have to pay the market value, I suppose things like that are more expensive in OZ, supply and demand ect.

Personally I'd be tempted to go for this, if I was gonna' have two bikes

Low kms and good condition always bumps up the price over run of the mill examples, looks like its worth the money. I just paid $1800 for a 93 model with 62000klm on it, but it blows smoke and uses oil apart from that it is in good nick.
