I read your post out aloud to Mrs SB who is in bed trying to sleep - we're just back from dinner out - and she laughed out loud.
What can this mean?
Go to bed TK, bloody late your end of town.
Cheers, SB

You're perfectly correct Seb, tis late my end of town. Should have been in bed long ago, we're off to Bannockburn in the morning to call into an antique shop that only opens for 3 days a year. Two days at Easter and 1 day at Labour Weekend in October.
But, (call me a big softie if you want) I wanted you to know that no matter what those other guys might say; you have some real friends here and we do actually care.
I'm welling up now, look after yourself mate.

My elder son just had a cancerous mole removed from his upper back. Sundrenched childhood, much of it on the open ocean with his Dad fishing, and later surfing etc etc.
Cut is 3" (7.5cm x 2cm) nearly an inch deep. They say they got 90% of it and with the medication his body will deal with the rest.
It's not just an age problem.
He's out of the water for 6 months, total blockout cream forever and a rash vest for life.
So sunscreens are a good idea.

Bummer, Seb. I grew up on an island, and as an exploration geologist, I worked in the mountains in the summer and deserts in the winter. But I had to cover up because I'm a redhead.
Well, was a red head. Did you know that redheads don't go gray? We go right to white hair. I take fish oil (Omega-3) every day and read that it is supposed to help prevent certain cancers and heart disease.
