Woohoo ...
It is bloody amazing how many of us there are on the roads still Joe ...
Every week end , we get a ton of bikes down my way for day trips and I recon the vast majority are older riders ...
I have found that even quite alot of the pocket rocket riders are 40+ too...... its great to see !!

I used to work in a winery at the cellar door on some weekends. We used to get quite a few bike riders and the majority were 40+. One older guy (mid 60s I think) was riding a late model R1!! He pi55ed himself when he told me about the cops' faces when he took his lid off and they saw his grey head. Could be something to do with the insurance premiums too. The insurance companies must think we get more sensible as we get a bit older..Jeez I hope they don't start visiting this forum

I used to have one show up at my house (friend of a friend) to watch football on the big TV. He had his cop car, and he was on duty, but he would come in and sit for the entire game. He was polite, cause he kept his portable radio on real low so it didn't drown out the game. Crimefighters at work.

TO FINE US GIVES THEM SUCH A BLAST
THEY LOVE TO SEE SURPRISE AND SHOCK
AND DRAG US KICKING TO THE DOCK
THE MAGISTRATE HAS EYES OF STONE
HE LOVES HIS WORK, AND LIVES ALONE
NO WIFE CAN STAND HIS SHINING ZEAL
FOR MAKING ALL US BIKERS SQUEAL
HE LAUGHS AND HANDS US HEAVY FINES
