In contrast to Sprock's lovely pictures, mine suck. Unless you really, and I mean really love spiders (as in brown recluses and black widows), you may not like the view here.

Me, I am a bit of an energy buff , mostly wind turbines but the Atomic stuff I keep up
to speed on too just in case of Armageddon -

 

Yep! The famous Dinosaur Valley State Park is a stones throw down the road. The speed limit here is 70 MPH so, the nothingness goes by quickly.

There is a scenic loop south of LV that I heard of recently.

 

80 up in parts of Az and Utah TBT, means avg speeds of 90 in spots which is why I'm a planning a ride in those parts
with C3PO I mean CB2CBR and the scenery and camping is a bit better than Ref Rock Canyon which is a bit of a
short loop but good nonetheless for day trips out of LV

 

I got my picture taken on US 50 crossing Nevada last year Sprock. The official welcome committee didn't want to hear that "I was just passing that truck". You think those guys wouldn't be out 30 miles from nowhere, but they love to spread the joy in all corners. I may invest in camera detector for the next go.

 

Oh there's apps for that ask me how I know this , there were a select few coming
back from thru Virgin River Gorge ........ but a pic of me they did get to take.

That sucks!They say drive/ride safe, but you do need to get by and get back in. They say the law is the law but how do you pass without speed and do it safely?
