Default Vacuum Problems

Two weeks ago, I cleaned my carbs and it started bogging down when hot and fouling plugs. Recently I pulled my carbs off again and I realized that I didn't hook one of the vacuum tubes up, so I hook it up and make sure there are no holes or anything in them and put it all back on. It is better now, it runs great for about 40 miles then it will stall when I pull the clutch in unless I keep it revved and it still bogs down. I will let it sit overnight and it will run great for 40 miles then the same thing. And it is still fouling the number 4 plug. I am running out of ideas. You got any? Thanks!

I'll try the sea foam first. I saw a youtube video on how to do it but it didn't really seam to apply too much to a bike. How do I do it? Do I just get the basic engine treatment stuff?

Thanks.

Far as I know there just the one product.......just add to the fuel line
or add to a 1/4 tank of gas and run the chit out of it for a few miles

Or maybe a coil that's starting to go, when hot.
Probably carb related, float chamber...............

I was thinking maybe something electric, but it all started after I cleaned my carbs, and got better when I fixed one of the vacuum lines, so doesn't that mean it has to do with the carbs?
