When these first came out I would have given anything to own one and still think they are different. They are Italian but have the Suzuki TL1000 engine in them which is bomb proof.

The Buell is not for me I'm afraid Matti. Had a look at them and don't really find them appealing in any way.

The KTM's sound good but out of my price range at the moment.
Really? Cause I've sometimes looked at the one kilo V-raptor thinking that could be a good platform to fighter, at least losing the stupid over-the-bars "fairing" and swap the weird gauge, but having some extremely bad experiences of two 125cc Freccia C12r:s I've ditched the idea. Now if the engine is from a TL1kR that changes the whole thing since that is one of the bikes I'd really want but can't ride due to the wrists and shoulders.

I'd say go try one out and report back as that rep is something I'm interested about as well.

Yep, an interesting final list of contenders.

For me, personally it would come down between the GTR 1400 and the MT09.

Of course a major Lotto win might just see me buying the whole feckin lot.

Then I would be an official "Motorcycle Collector" - like Seb.

I vote for the Tuono since I picked up a 2012 model this winter. It is a hooligan bike and has the temperament of an Italian for sure. Love it!

Sounds like typically Italian; all high heels and drama.

Give me an MT09 any day, I have enough high heels and drama at home.
