What a sad welcome to the forum. Hope you heal soon and get back on the road. I can see, and only imagine how you feel...how bad is the bike?

Yeah I could be alot worse.. torn ligaments in my left leg and alot of road rashes and some bruising.

A guy slammed on the brakes in front of me and I didnt have time to stop.

The bikes beyond repair.. the motor is about the only thing I would think may be any good.. its slid up under the back of his truck. The motor may not be any good either since it has a hole in the side cover and not much oil leaked out with it laying on my trailer so I would assume most of it was gone when i put it on the trailer... I cant verify that since the wiring harness got trashed so I couldnt try to start it anyhow.

Ill be on the market for another one soon.. thinking I may want a 600 this go around though.. my legs arent quite long enough to back this one up very well.

Sure wish I woulda opted for full coverage.. theres a nice black and yellow cbr 600 on craigslist right now id like to have but I wont have enough cash for a couple of weeks and I dont know if it will still be there.
