130 mph average? He had to be making up time on the straights.

This is interesting. More toward the end he talks about saving it when he gets it sideways. I didn't know they ran cars around the Island, I thought it was just bikes.

The Islanders are a bunch of speed freaks and are up for just about any event that'll involve a record...........
They'll even close the mountain road for you if you ask nicely....................

And John Mcguiness does speeds of over 180 MPH on the course - the 600's have been clocked at around 175MPH - HOOOOOOO too quick for me............

I think, IMHO. If you put me in that car. On that course. At those speeds. It'll take me about a minute to stuff it into something solid and totally unforgiving.

Wow!

Aim for a wall near a pub Dave, at least that way, if you walk away, at least you'll be able to have a wee something to calm your nerves.

Those of you that have read "Croz - Larrikan Biker" will know what I'm talking about there.

Does it look like your level of dedication?

I've never been able to quite figure the norn iron definition of a GP. Apparently it involves the occasional cow wandering across the circuit, watch out for the farmers in their tractors, and also we haven't trimmed the hedges so that should make the power poles a bit softer.

If that's their idea of a GP I'd hate to see a street race.

Little children and yappy dogs running across the circuit. And just to make it a little more challenging, we'll hold it during Marching Season. So don't forget to give way to the Orangemen. But not the ULF, or the Peoples Front of Judea.
