Well a new day/era has dawned & healthier living is the way to go from here on out since
I come from a long line of long & hard livers
.Got a personal trainer as a gift ! 
and I need to see my two teen kids well into their 40s if not 50s. My own Mum turns
89 St Paddy's Day .... she's my role model ! & still sharp as a tack !
July 4th expect to be sub 230 as i was in my early 20's when fit, then I can back the
rear shock off a few clicks

He he, I'm doing the big 5 0 on Monday too. I think my family have chipped in for some kind of therapist but it's supposed to be a surprise so I"m not asking questions.
