Dubbin or a mixture of beeswax and dubbin with some light veg oil. works well and keeps them supple and waterproof.

Buy 'em second-hand , that's what I do and they're lovely and soft! No seriously wear them a lot , I can't stand to take mine off or put the bike in the garage , it's like I'm saying 'I wont ride again today' I'm always creaking around the house in my leathers and boots

I got onto "Oakwood Leather Conditioner" a few years ago when I got my leather jacket out again after a long break. It was stiff and dry and I thought it was rooted. Dude in a leather shop sold me this stuff and it works a treat. Warm the leathers up in the sun first, daub a heap on, and leave in the sun again. This is an Australian product so I don't know if it's available over there.
