Yes, exactly those. Basically plastic "tins" around a (light) pipe frame.

I`ve seen quite a few of those in the winter in the yard of the local repair shop that has had their wheels folded under them due to a sideways crash onto the curb stones and the swingarms have given in.

They cost around 10 000 euros here as new, I was about 21-22 when I could get a LOAN that big to buy the Volvo I now have... Took me 5 years to pay for it...

Aaaarg!! Those things are the most stupid thing I've ever seen!

I can't believe they're coming to the UK, the only consolation is I can't imagine too many teenagers will be able to afford ten grand.

Wait for the kids (with moneyed parents) to figure out that a 600RR engine will fit in there.....
Totally stupid vehicle, overpriced, dangerous.
Should not be allowed. Hope they don't bring them here - it'll give bikes a bad name......

Picture what one of those looks like with a 12" woofer on the back on full blast and the plastic tins hanging on for dear life! Last summer I wondered where is that music coming from as I was sitting in red lights with my truck until I looked to my left. Well, down to be more precise. The whole thing was bulging to the bass. Looked like a bug with hickups. I was laughing so hard I missed my greens!

speaking about the safety issue, I just drove past a crash site where one of those and a "real car" had hit together at a crossroads. A slight kiss into the front corner of the moped car had broken it`s chassis and the left front tire was laying against the shock, the other car had no visibe marks on it...

nobony seemed to be injured.

EDIT: just remembered I had this in my cellphone ;D
