Ireland - Nasa Sat Shot
Well Hawk , just got of the phone with me dear ole Mum in Dublin
1 foot in her back garden and my brother out the front shoveling
out or should I say got the driveway half shoveled out and then
took the mandatory rest and went off with his pals for a few
pints of the black stuff.
All I can say is I hope it stays there not here

Oh to be in Australia for warm sweaty weather, nah Dave the pic was from a string
that ran on RTE ( Irish TV website) from people around Ireland who uploaded them
for people to see and I snagged that one cuz it seemed to be one helluva nice one
But yeah it's original to this huge snow storm to hit the UK and Ireland.
Yep Hawk things pretty much ground to a halt in Ireland too for a bit as they're even
lesser prepared with equipment than the UK is to deal with it.

Well guys in contrast to that we have record floods here. I'm not near the river thankfully but plenty are and have had to get out of their homes. Check this link out if you want to see the photos I've been taking. They are on Facebook but you don't have to be a member to see them. Just click on the link. I've attached a few here in any case. The last photo is a town called Jugiong ( joo-gee-ong ) where I used to be stationed a few years back 40 km north of where I am now. The main mass of water you see in the middle of the pic is the town itself. The Murrumbidgee River is to the right of that water.
