Hey , that's nuts Jarvid !!! ... bloody land prices are so ****ed up these days !!!
I was even browsing prices in dam Broome , up on our empty friging remote far West Coast and even those land prices are bloody insane these days ....
**** , yu could not give land away in Broome 10+ years ago or so ....now it may as well be in the dam city ! :-(

There are still a few bargains to be had, places like Waratah, bout 1/2 hour from wynyard on one of the best riding roads in Tas and therefore Aus..I'm biased, check out Hellyer Gorge on a map to see what I am talking about.

Just took as look at a few Jarvid ..... **** , not bad prices, dirt cheap infact!! and a nice looking area too .... perhaps a bit on the chilly side but ??

Yes Steve , that might be an issue ? ," IF "she could cut fire wood with the chain saw , run the solar power system and fill and run the diesel gen and also start the irrigation pump to water the gardens all by her self , ......and all from through the little slit in her locked closet mate !!! lolol
until therm I think om safe mate lol hey and remember , I do feed her , her chicken pellet food on a thin plate every other day mate !!! ....
