Welcome to the forum Robert, you got the same year as mine.

You shouldn`t have too many problems, but if you do there will be plenty of help here.

Welcome to the CBR Forum Robert,

Always good to have another CBR1000F owner aboard.

Feel free to contribute, ask any questions you need and do post a picture of your new ride.

Cheers, SB

PS: You did get a tight fitting tin-foil hat for any time spent in the Saloon didn't you??

What are you trying to say there Seb? I may be forced to take back my teddy bear picture and leave you iconless (is that a word??).

The Saloon may go a bit random at times but that is nothing that a tin foil hat will protect you from.

The tin foil hats only protect you from The Thought Ray Absorption from Planet Mars. They will never protect you from getting involved, and making respones in the Saloon.

That would require the removal of your keyboard.

PS : Welcome aboard Chase, don't worry too much about any banter between Seb and I, we actually go back a wee way.

'Twas just a general light-hearted comment Teek for those new to the forum, and the Saloon in particular who may not, at first glance, quite 'get' the banter of those that have inhabited this particular corner of cyberspace for a while

And with that we resume normal programming!

Cheers, SB

PS: Please don't take my Teddy.............................
PPS: Nice bike Robert, thanks for posting the picture!

Gray matter?
Is that something we are supposed to have?
I thought that the gray/white stuff sticking out of my head was all that was required to partake of The Saloon and all the wondrous enlightenment contained therein.

Just goes to show dunnit

I'll say, you'll get more than $1,200 worth of grins from her even if she is nicked up a little.
