Hey TIGGR,
Get a Blackbird!
I consider the CBR1000F is a 'Gentleman's Express'. I don't go scratching with it, and if I could nowadays, I certainly couldn't afford the fines or loss of license in South Australia with our nanny state draconian laws.
However, if you are fixated on speed three things are needed, fuel, air and ignition. Increase the first two in the cylinder and rapidity will result.
Wilder cam, pods, bigger carbs etc or you could just.............................
TURBOCHARGE
Good luck.
Cheers, SB

My 1000f has a wiseco big bore kit, 145 main jets and a Remus 4 into 1. The front wheel comes up under power in first without trying but it still weighs the same.
I would try the sprocket change if you don`t mind paying a bit more for fuel consumption.
By the way it cost me near $4000 to get the engine built a sprocket change would be a lot cheaper.
