Limewire or Bear ?
I haven't downloaded for a while either Sixpack , used to use emule , they were OK and other guys have used bit-torrent , though I never used them myself.

Bit torrents are the way to go
Use Utorrent and ensure that you go into options and enable encryption on your outgoing connections
MOst sites where you can get torretns from let people make comments on the torrent - so any dodgy virus ones get picked up pretty quickly

What chu lookin for PG? I have found practically everything on the torrents. Download is usually 300 - 400K ... so a full length movie in about 45min to an 1.5 hrs. Music takes about 5 min for an album or in the case of Led Zepplin 45min for their entire discography. It's a beautiful thing my friend
