& imo are simply spectacular.

Just so we don't have to enter into the whole "East Coast/West Coast who has better seafood debate"

I would like to say imho, any seafood on my plate that was swimming around that morning.

Is the best seafood

Well done, seasoned with smoked salt and served with a rich, dark beer for me.

Sounds like a plan for tomorrow night...

True, but there's just something about Alaska king crab or Maine lobstah

If I'd had my coffee in my hand - it'd be all over the screen!

Comment of the day Mattson

And it reminds me that I have not had a 'seafood' steak since I've been here.

Might have to find one in Hue tonight

Cheers, SB

Hey Woof I've heard the clams are good, but why in your pic are you using them for knee sliders ?

We have slightly different seafood here - we have prawns, octopus, crayfish (like a lobster but no big claws) and dorado, queenmackerel, shad (your bluefish) rock cod and my personal favourite - Natal stumpnose - caught from the rocks and cooked in batter - magnifique !
In the Cape, we have lobsters, perlemoen (looks like a huge clam) mussels, oysters and yellowfin tuna, because the water is much colder down there.

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm !

And I like my steak so rare that a good vet could save it
