Tat, it looks like you're missing a lot more than that. I don't know as a rebuild would be in your best interest in this case. I'm not trying to rain on anybodys parade, and you could probably turn it into something, but dam!!
In addition to the parts you listed, it looks like you MAY need these, too:

Front caliper/rotors/brake lines, etc.
Triple clamp
gauges/cowl/screen/grips/headlight, etc up front (there's gonna be lots of little bits to fit to this)
pipes/cans- edit...looks like you have a can
front fender (optional, I guess)
radiator/shroud and piping (oil cooler?)
other plastics and engine covers/intake?
I'd say definitely some wiring and other electrical bits from the look of it

Have you heard the bike run? Any idea of mileage? From the looks of the pegs, she's been well ridden. Who knows what other engine/carb troubles it may have.

If I were you, I'd part it out and make some cash off it. But that's just me.

Bit by bit man put her back together over the winter, people on here can help
ya find stuff.......bring her back to stock with all plastics then go nuts with a
paint job.

My opinion !

We've a god few active members in the UK too that I'm sure can point you
to the right places for bits 'n pieces.

She looks real doable ........ How Many Miles on the motor ??

Well, if you have all the pieces that MAY make a difference.
How the hell did it all get torn apart..... and why?
And why are all the main wires hanging?
Just wondering. Maybe I missed something. If so, I apologize.

exaust
bearing for yoke
starter clutch i think (likely to be starter damper) I have a spare starter clutch.
front plastics
mirrors
lights

All the above are for sale on e-bay.uk at the moment.
You'll need a manual - look in the tech section top of Hurricane main page and download it.
You'll prob need the wiring diagrams - I can help there

It looks worse than it probably is - My first priority would be getting the motor turning over and running, before you worry about the pretty bits !
No point if it won't run, right ?
Let us know..............

That is a bit different if the guy just took a whole bike apart half way and kept everything. But sheesh, it will be a labor of love.

Probably not a moneymaker. But when I put that much work into anything, I can't make myself part with it, no matter what.
