Yes mate,
I need to move house shortly as my landlord has seen fit to put my rent up by 110 a week so I'm moving and need the money. I don't have the time, room or funding anymore to keep on with the 92 so I'm getting rid of it. I just want back what it owes me. I'm not looking to make anything on it as I need to get rid of it. Cheers.

Not quite Seb, but the way the greens are stopping anything and everything in the state it won't be long till you can. I tell everyone I know to vote for them in the next election as I want to buy a bush block, with them in they should get cheaper because you wouldn't be allowed to do anything with it! (I just want it for camping/hunting/dirt bike riding)

There is a rental crisis here in Newcastle where I live now and land lords are charging exorbitant rental amounts and getting it. I can't afford that though so I will move to a newer place for less rent. It will be some inconvenience for a week or so but I'll sort it. At the moment I live beside a very noisy bakery which is hard when you try and sleep through the day plus the traffic noise is bad to. I'll be glad to move. Cheers guys.

Is there nothing in your lease about annual rent increases and how much they can increase by ?
We have a clause in our agreements here - most say 10% increase per annum as a rule............
Move and keep the bike. Bugger the landlord. Doesn't he realise the value of having a member of the Force in his house ? Fool IMO.
