Default Great Therapy

Just a thought for all you under thumb would be ravers like me.

About 15 years ago S.W.M.B.O. & I joined up to a karate club to try to get into better shape & to learn some new skills.During our time of training we have spent many hours in free sparring, now how many of you can go out and have a good old punch up and kicking session with your ol lady and not get in the crap for it?

Kiwi TK's comment last night bout being up late was because we had been training at a black belt class where groin guards, safety mitts etc are not always used and S.W.M.B.O.and I
spent about 45 min trying to get the upper hand so it took a while for the adrenalin buzz to settle down after we got home not unlike getting home from a hard n fast ride on your favorite twisties.

I did Karate for years until I left for the Military. I had to learn to count in English aloud and do push ups like the Military wanted. I can still count to 100 in Japanese. I was a Bouncer at a Club and wow even now I don't swing punches and kicks, still. Amazing the control you have when you learn to fight too.

Don't make it sound like you're a gentleman. You just can't get a punch in.
