Default The first of the "Saturday Morning Sprints"

The first of what I call the Saturday Morning Sprint. Out around tennish and searching for the night's dinner ingredients. Today's destination was Stewart's Meats out in the town of McKenna. Serious butcher shop. Procured some spicy pepperoni sticks and a fresh beef tongue

Check out pic #2. Is this too much to pay for kangaroo meat?

Also stopped by Rainier Speedway. They were running short-track today. Racing didn't start until late afternoon and I couldn't stay. but managed to go the pits and see some of the early arrivals

Don't know about the 'roo pricing, but it's surely waaaaay more that I'd be prepared to pay for rattlesnake.

Holy crap, I didn't realize people even ate that stuff.

@TK. Say somebody gets a piece of python meat stuck in their throat and chokes to death. Is that considered irony?

@ Baron. No. He lives up there

Seriously. This place is a destination butcher. In high bbq season, it'll be three deep the entire length of the counter on a Saturday

I think the 'roo is the only thing that doesn't taste like chicken, that's where they got you.

First bike is mid '70's TT500 and think the second one is YZ450F.
