Default Collector to link pipe gasket....

Evening all .... For a few minutes I thought my collector box was bolloxed ... but it turns out that its the gasket between the collector box and the link pipe. Looks like someone's had the zorst off and not replaced the gasket! (not me )

Its a F-J model .... are these still available from Honda? (or anywhere else?)

Thought I'd ask here first .......

Cheers lads,

shakey

Not sure specifically about the exhaust gasket but, as far as I know, Honda still supply all parts for our bikes..that's another good thing about Honda.

BTW..got a nasty virtual hang over from all those cyber-ales the other day..

Are you talking about this gasket/clamp? Exhaust Seals/Clamps

They are located in the UK, so I'm sure they are on ebay UK, also.

Honda wants like $26US here for each gasket!! You can also check David Silver Spares. They should be able to hook you up, too.

Not quite looks like the web server (Microcrap IIS) has had a meltdown

OR
Sandys - has gone to the wall

Anyway I got some from Delkevic recently - but to be honest now I just use
Yale Muffler Cement for most exhaust sealing stuff these days

Comes apart and grinds off easy after use too has an asbestos like paste
consistency and sets hard yet not too to the point of being brittle
