An old Springbok, (sprightly and full of beans) and an even older, wrinkled, tired, sad Wallaby with a crook clutch wrist are having birthdays today.

Judging by looks must be at least 80 in the shade.....

Happy birthday gentlemens!! I thinks the idea is is to park the butt on a comfy set of two wheels, keep the elbows slightly bent & the right wrist firm yet gentle. Then a bit later park the butt in a comfy chair, keep the elbow bent & the wrist firm yet with a gentle grip.

LOLThanks guys .... some days it is a toss up between it being a blessing to just wake up , or a nightmare looking in the mirror
all I know is that there is not too much fun or joy in being 54, except for prolly still being here at all ...
btw ...I know ove been think on the ground here for a week or so , ....ove got a whole ton of stuff to get done at home and its fryin me brain ...
