Extremely talented lunatics basically.....lol. Your right it is the greatest show on earth. My dream is to go there and witness it myself one year. I have friends who went in 2007 and they said nothing compares to it. An awesome spectacle.

Well Bordo, me old China Plate, you indeed are in luck

Fulfill your dream in 2014 when a few of the CBR Forum reprobates are planning an assault on the Isle of Man.

If we promise to try and NOT get you arrested will you come?

Cheers, SB

If I'm in a better financial position then Seb I'm in for sure !!!! What sort of dollars are we looking at here. I take it we would be shipping our own bikes over there ?

No idea of cost really Bordo, I'd be guessing about $1,800 AUD or less (on sale) each for airfares, then a couple of thousand for a week or so on the island. With the Aussie dollar as high as it is at the moment it is far cheaper to travel overseas than in Australia.

We will not be shipping our bikes across as Mrs SB and I are intending to head off for India for a couple of months after the TT.

Cheers, SB

Posted this same link before Jacques and yes a brilliant video and yes again!

https://cbrforum.com/forum/hurricane...njoyed-142735/

They are the the best road riders in the world.

I love allllll!!! racing! But you know what? I think I finally realised that it's a different skill. These guys have HUGE ***** + riding skill. Moto GP riders possess HUGE SKILL + *****.

Rossi, Stoner and the like could never compete with the likes of Connor Cummins and Michael Dunlop in their world. But then the Moto GP world is never going to be conquered by the road race guys either.

I'm just going to enjoy both from now on. Each rider, in his own way is breath-taking and sheer poetry in biking form

I think the reason road racing resonates so closely with me is because, those guys ride the same type of roads I ride and face some of the same hazards. Though, to even ride my local route at 200mph would take bigger cahjoes than I posses and to RACE at those speeds would require such a disregard for my safety, that I would need special dispensation from my wife

Anyway, here's another. I'm now sure you will enjoy, some nice fireworks at around 50 seconds in. Yes, they're crazy!!

The last three minutes is the best, with no music or commentary, just one guy chasing another at insane speed, the hedges flashing by and the scream of the engine as a sound-track.

Also I highly recommend you click the 'Now Calm Down', at the end, I'm sure everyone will enjoy that

Oh and need I say again. Please view in full screen (might need to click the link)

Default Crazy Flyers!

In this one, I think they spend more time in the air than on the tarmac!
