Default 7th Gear Mod?

Browsing eBay, i've run into a Kawa Concours with a 7th Gear Mod:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...SS%3AUS%3A1123

made by: http://www.shoodabenengineering.com/7thgearunit.php

Is this something to consider for a CBR or even available for a cane?

As the bike is I think shaft drive, this is like a small overdrive unit...........
Good thinking tho.
You'd need to re- engineer the gearbox to fit a genuine 7th gear to a chain drive........??

Maybe a two sprockets on the rear, high/low with a derailleur system

That'd make her a 12 speed hee hee hee LOL

Top speed 425 mph

It is in fact an overdrive unit. The Concours is shaft driven. I helped pick on out for a friend.
The direction say to remove the shaft.
