No....as far as keeping the top un opened I would assume you drain it from the bottom and then cut of that end.

You puncture a hole in the bottom of the can and drain the fluid out. Use a cut off wheel to cut off the bottom and slide it over the canister. You WILL have to use some sort of filler to fill in the gap to make it fit snug over the canister and VOILA you're done. I used some foam shipping wrap as a filler on my brother's bike.

then use the hole to cut off the whole bottom of the can ... losen the tie then place over tighten....your done .... If I was you I would just measure it and cut the top and bottom off .. I would think if you left the top on someone would come by and pop the top .. also I think it looks cleaner when you cut both off ....just dont forget to tape it so the weather does not fade the can .. mine has been on for about 6 months and still looks new .... even....oh if you cut it all the way down the back and cut the top off you dont need filler

No depending on the can you use .... ie redbull it will add 10 whp

But I have seen the can get hot so I would stay away from the filler it could melt and stick to the can

you puncture the bottom of the can without popping the cap. drain it and then cut it how ever you want.
