How-To...Installing LED Body Lighting
yeah i can post up some pics...i just got a NICE DSLR camera for my bday so i should be able to take a few pics this weekend and at least show you how i put it up....i don't ahve a dark place to shoot it right now, but i can tell you in the dark...it was pretty damn bright...

Sorry about the thread jack....I couldn't resist....lol.
Make sure you take them at dusk, and slow the shutter speed down. And by all means......use a tri-pod.

just wonderin how u guys applied the bottom lights... i wanna put some on my bike, but i want a nice light output onto the ground so do u mount them close together, spread out to the edge of the fairing, or what???
Hey Kid...why you gettin on me...lol....
i know...i have to do it...the problem with the LED write up is i am not done....the condo garage i am in, the lights don't ever turn off so there isn't a dark place to finish the install...the first half that i did...i wheeled my bike into a hallway where some storage cages are just to get it dark enough to work on the LEDs...but it was TIGHT! i don't know if i want to do that again....same reason why i haven't taken pictures...too light in my garage...oh and i can't go outside...right now is 30 mph winds, snowing sideways...and going to get into the teens by this afternoon...soooooo...either inside or nothing at this point...haha...
i will promise to try and write up something though...

I need to get me a tripod... I like the look of FFingers light bars, they seem like they're slimmer than what I have, from what I can tell, and that would make them easier to mount somewhere... I did a small write-up, sorta, on where I put mine... and I'll try to take some better pictures that aren't blurry sometime soon, if I can.

Kids...lol...i am as old as you are...haha....
no just placing the LEDs...you can't do it very well if it's well lit...you can't really see how the light is going to reflect off the bike...rather it just looks very localized....those LEDs are very bright and look VERY different in a lighted garage vs. how they will look at night...
so considering you are running wire throughout the bike, i don't want to guess on my placement, i want to do it once and leave it...

Here is a video of my bike that my friend wired up. Just to give you some other ideas to do to it.
