Here are the Bluetooth Pairing instructions to pair your audio device, cell phone and instructions on how to use them both at the sametime.

First you need to pair your Bluetooth A2DP Audio Transmitter.

1. Hold the "Intercom" Button in and then Turn the X1 Unit "ON"

2. Now the display will show "BT ON"

3. Release the "Intercom" Button

4. Connect the AG12 or AP21 (Switch "ON") to your iPod or audio device.

5. Make sure music is playing on your device.

5. You will hear a "Chime" to confirm that you are paired correctly and the Music will now play through the speakers

7. Press and hold the "Mode" Button and when it displays "BT" you can now change your Volume.

8. Arrow Up or Down will control music tracks when using the AP21

9. Press the "Intercom" Button to Pause/Play


Then you can pair your Bluetooth Cell Phone.

Bluetooth Phone Pairing Instructions
1. Make sure the Bluetooth on your cell phone is turned "ON"

2. Hold the "Intercom" Button in and then Turn X1 Unit "ON"

3. Now the Bluetooth Logo will begin to flash and the display will now show "BT ON"

4.Release the "Intercom" Button

5. Now have your phone search for Bluetooth Device

6. On your cell phone you will see that it found "GMRS X1 Bluetooth"

7. Select the "GMRS X1 Bluetooth" to pair and enter "0000" for passcode.

8. After you enter the passcode, select the option to connect or pair the phone to the X1 unit.

9. Now you will hear a "Chime" to confirm that you are new successfully paired.

10. Press and hold the "Mode" Button and when it displays "BT" you can now change your Volume.

11. When you get a phone call, you will hear a "Tone" through the speakers system in your helmet.

12. To answer or end a call, press the "Mode" Button.


Here is how to connect the audio device and phone so you can listen to music and answer/end your phone calls.

Bluetooth Phone and Audio Device Pairing Instructions

1. Make sure the X1 Bluetooth unit is turned "ON"

2. Make sure that you already have your Bluetooth Audio Transmitter and Phone paired to the X1.

3. First stream music with your AP21 or AG12. When music is playing proceed to the next step.

4. Press the "Mode" Button until the display shows "BT". Now you are in Bluetooth Mode.

5. Press the "Mode" Button for 1 second, then release.

6. It will now call the last number dialed from your cell phone.

7. End the call from your phone.

8. The music will now return playing from your audio device.

9. You can now answer and end phone calls and listen to music.

10. When you get a phone call, you will hear a "Tone" and the music will pause.

11. To answer or end a call, press the "Mode" Button.

12. When the call is finished, the music will resume playing.
