Default Adjust valve clearance and keep track!!!

I am just to perform the valve addjustment on my CBR Fireblade (929). So to keep track I have made a calculator (with bike selector) to make this easy and safe. I need some feedback and opinions on this one. Andif anyone wants it, I'll email it.

I'm interested too.

Is this an excel file? I have hosting, and I can put it on my website so you can just link to it in your post instead of emailing to everyone, if you want.
