I would be looking to put that on a 2000 F4, would the pipe make its way out to the back, or not even be close? I can work around making clamps, and adjusting the fender, just wondering if the pipe is right.

It wont fit, my old F4 the pipe is routed entirely different than the RR's. If you look at an RR the tail is up much higher than the F4, the pipe would almost be sitting on the tire.
