Disclaimer: I know little about electric start bikes, but I know plenty about automotive motors.
If this were a car, and I assume you have the same, but smaller, components to your ignition system as on a car or truck, I'd tell you the clicking sounds are your starter solenoid working, which means your starter is pooched.
If you can reach it, lean in and give the starter a gentle massaging nudge with a hammer, this will often get you a few more starts out of a dieing started.
Again, I don't know bikes yet, I'm here to correct that lack of knowledge, but that's how it works with cars.

lol if it is making clicking sounds and you had a previous battery problem, it means:
your battery is either dead or discharged.
I am 100% sure since you say you hear clicking when you 'push' to start
You already tried charging it back up but if that dont work then get a new battery and it should be fixed no problems
The two kids above me are smoking something

nice to know not everyone is crazy. ty chuck but PLEASE tell zero not to:
"lean in and give the starter a gentle massaging nudge with a hammer"
or
"drain the gas in the 4 carbs and put a rags underneath the carbs"
for sure the bike will like a massage but she wont thank you by starting.
And God KNOWS the guy talking about the carbs ACCIDENTALLY posted in the wrong thread. He was supposed to click the "Won't start after winter storage" thread.
i still love you guys
