Default wiring to/from throttle

so im working on my cbr 600 f3 (96).

and it seems like the previous owner/mechanic cut a wire or 2.

there are 2 wires running from my throttle, one is connected and runs off towards the wiring housing under the nose. but one seems cut about 8" from the throttle handle. everything seems to work fine... just an odd wire hanging there

What colors are the wire? It will say in the wiring diagram what that wire is for.

well they are both black. they seem to run into the handle grip.
from throttle there is 2 wires, one broken/cut, the other runs to a ground connection near the RAD/cooling system. as well there are 2 wires running from the clutch handle (these running into the side of the switch/control housing, one of which is cut and the other connected to the same ground connection as the 1 throttle side wire.
