Will 03 CBR F4i forks fit 99 F4

Hello everyone, I wondering if I could swap out the triple trees and forks out with a 03 f4i with no mod to the frame?

Yes, F4i & F4 forks will interchange. They are externally the same. Internally, there are minor differences. I have a 2000 F4 & have used my spare set of F4i forks on my bike when I've had my F4 forks off for rebuild.
