the front tire on my F4i just started showing thread so I definitely need a new tire before I get back on the road again. I finally got everyone with free time for bike night this week ( thursday ) and I need a new tire before then! where is the best place to get tires at and what tire would you recemend in the middle price range?

what price range are you looking at?
Do you have the ability to change the tires yourself? or are prepared to pay the 20-40 bucks per tire to have them changed?
I usually find mine on Ebay. Or, here:
http://stores.sportbiketrackgear.com...%3APilot+power
Michelin Pilot Power tires have come way down in price and are one of the best tires out there. check out the website above and see for yourself.
But, keep in mind, getting a set of tires shipped and mounted by thursday may be a tall order. Dealerships are notoriously overpriced, but if you can work in the mounting and ballancing, it may not be too bad. And they probably have a set of tires that will work for you in stock.

yeh I could definitely afford those Michelin pilots and it comes with front and back. I just put on a new back tire about a month ago and I wanted to change them both at the same time but the rear was free for me and my old one was shot.
I did the rear tire my self with screw drivers and crow bars. there was no balancing that needed to be done and it all worked out really good. I would assume the front tire would be the same?
I have heard of dynabeeds, maybe ill just get some of those at the same time as the tires just incase.
