Where do these hoses go?

I need some help, bike would start before just idle ****ty and die occasionally. Now it turns over but wont start at all.
I took everything apart to clean my carbs cause it's been running like ****/not starting. First off carbs were already really clean. I checked the spark plugs one had some fluid on the threads but nothing major. The person who had the bike before crossthreaded two of the spark plugs, am I gonna have to take everything apart now to fix it?
but i noticed when puttin it all together these hoses were not connected to anything, looks like one goes into the carbs not sure where the other goes.

an easy way to see i the pump is working is to disconnect the hose from the carbs, put it into a container and turn on the key. These pumps are really low pressure, but you should get a fairly good stream, but again, very low pressure like 1.5-2 psi. Basically, if you have gas coming out, its working.

I disconnected the hose it's spittin out gas great, it still turns over great, sounds strong, it's just not firing up. You think it's the spark plugs? I pulled out the old ones but I put them back in cause they looked fairly decent but like I said #2 and #3 were cross threaded so I couldnt tell how tight they were when I put them back in. I was gonna check the timing but it should still fire up even if it's off right? It was running few days ago nothing has changed.

Certainly. If they were too tight, you could have cracked a core. This is hard to see externally. If they're too loose, you could loose chamber compression, and your mixture won't ignite, or fully combust.
