Wheel swap f2 - Axle/Bearing dimension help??
New to the forum but I can't seem to find an answer anywhere out there, any help is appreciated. I'm building a mutt of a bike this winter, but my current issue is that I'm putting 6 spoke wheels from an f2 on my bike, the rear wheel im using the stock swinger so thats no problem.
My question stems from this, I'm using an inverted front end off of a 98 GSXR and it uses a 25mm axle, but I'm sure the wheel bearings off my f2 wheel will be for a smaller diameter axle. Does anyone have the dimensions for both a 98 GSXR front wheel bearing and an f2 wheel bearing so I can combine the proper I.D. and O.D. maybe get a custom set from All ***** or something.
I'm stuck, any help is appreciated.

So upon further research, I found some stuff out. First off, can't find a phone number for all ***** on their website, so I left a comment only hoping that a response may follow up soon.
Bike bandit gave me some part numbers I was able to cross reference on All ***** download charts for ball bearings, turns out the CBR f2 bearing number was 6004, on the charts on All ***** it had a couple numbers. One of them was 16004 with the dimensions 20x42x8 (I.D.xO.D.xW), the other number was 6004-2RS - 20x42x12.
This gives me the numers i need to find the right bearing, i just need to narrow down if its width is 8 or 12 mm. Not sure which part number to trust?
Any input is appreciated.
Thanks guys

Not really sure yet, haven't put much thought into it but Im sure its gonna require some kind of spacers. I gotta find out what size rotors the GSXR came stock with and try and find something of the same diameter that will bolt up to the f2 wheel. My biggest concern is the spacers to set the front wheel up centered between both calipers. I'll have to put some more time and effort into that soon. for now, its on the backburner

Width of the spacer doesn't matter as far as much as the ID does. You need to find a 42 OD and 25 ID first. Worry about the widths later. Find a 25/42/x and go from there.
Do you know the width of the hub on the gixxer wheel and the width of the bearing it uses vs. the hub of the f2 wheel? If the hub is the same width, see what bearing widths it uses.
After you find a 25/42/x bearing, then start comparing the widths of the hubs and spacers used.
You're on the right track. Don't worry about the calipers until the wheel is center on the bike. I'm sure you find some rotors with an offset that's close (you have a few mm to play with as calipers are self-centering).
