Question Wheel change 1997 fit 1993

Hi,

Can anyone confirm that changing a 1993 CBR100F front wheel from one from a 1997 model is a straight swap?

E.g removing 1993 wheel & fitting 1997 has same bearing, spindle, disc sizes.

thanks

Sounds like you've answered your own question! Seriously though, if everything is the same size, wheel diameter, spindle, bearings and disks, then I would think all will be well. Only way is to fit the wheel and double check wheel will spin freely brakes work ok and nothing binds or catches and the front mudguard doesn't prevent the wheel from turning. I can't see it being a problem. Let us know if it works out ok?
