Vin History Report
In all seriousness - what are you looking for? If the bike has a title and the vin matches the title, you're good.
If you're buying a bike without a title, you're probably going to have a nightmare getting it in your name.
Your state police should be able to run a VIN for you and tell you if it is listed as stolen or something. I'm assuming you're afraid of this and are trying to avoid that, right?
