Undertail eliminator for F4i

I'm sure it has been posted 1000 times, but I wonder how simple a fender eliminator kit is to mount? Anybody with experience care to advise me?

fender elminator is easy to mount, but getting to the part to mount it is the hard part...haaha...lots of dremelling or cutting with a hand saw.
