Default Transmission Fluid?

Is the transmission lubricated by the engine oil like the clutch is? I just swapped the engines on my f1 and want to make sure I don't run it dry. I have never seen a place to check or add tranny fluid, but just wanted to double check before I rode it. TIA.

but don't forget...the honking fluid is in a separate resevoir, independent of all other fluids.

only SAE type 14.34.32 compliant honking fluid will work with the F series bike. the R's and double R's require type A.

yes, over the flux capacitor. it aides in cooling the knutsen valve.
