Default tires

Ok, can some one tell me some things about tires, meaning the arrows that are on them, the 2 colored lines that are on them and tread direction? What I am getting to is that the tire shop put my back tire on backwards, the direction arrow is facing backwards when it is on top, but the lines that are on new tires are on the same side as the front and the tread is facing the same direction as the front, but the screw hole is now on the opposite side then it was before I had the repairs done. I just need your input before I go down there and throw a bitch fit.

Pro.
sorry had to fix typos..me r a typo masterss, lol.

sounds to me like the guy who worked on your bike needs to pay attention to what he is doing. I dont think he is the sharpest tool in the shed. I would definetly take the bike back and flip sh*t.
