My '94 CBR1000F 0-60 is 3.3 seconds where as they list the CBR1000RR 0-60 as 2.6 seconds.
The difference is .7 seconds. Every time I get on the highway, I'm loosing .7 seconds of my life. It makes me sick.

It sure does. Bikes really are still getting better tho, I love that. Cars, not so much. Almost nothing but base model **** available with 3 pedals. Almost nothing affordable that's actually a performance car. nothing light weight except said cheapo econoboxes. Nothing really exciting unless you have lots of money.

I wish Honda would get their **** togeather with the 600rr tho. Still no ride by wire, still no slipper clutch, still no gear indicator, still no OBD2, and all of these are available on $5000 bikes

^ I was watching a thing the other day about how cars are over priced today because people don't question it, they just pay what is asked.
I will add that you don't need 200hp in a street bike. Perhaps on a track and hitting the straights it would help. When Valintino Rossi left Honda and went to Yamaha he was still winning with the lower hp bike.
I rode the new v-max (197hp) and found it was a bit to much. The slightest throttle adjustment had me way over the speed limit so I'd back down and then have to throttle up and shoot past he mark again.
