temperature gauge

wazz up my riders

.i have a 2002 cbr600 and the temperature gauge just reads the two lines and no temperature.im a new rider so i havent gone on any lonnggg rides yet,but im worried..any ideas?i would appreciate any feedback.

did you let it warm up? they dont read until the engine starts getting warm. check that first.

Yeah I let it warm up. And have--rode it that way for more than an hour and nothing.

make sure its plugged in at the sensor.
