whats is the ohms range on the coil packs?

'99 cbr600f4 stick coils three of them the primary resistance is withing 10% of 3 but one is off by itself at 4

What the problem your having ? If one seems 'dead' just swap it with a known working one and you have your answer.

If one is way out from the other 3 then it seems like thats all you really need to know....no?
