Starting Issues...

Well I'm gonna make this short and quick.
*edit* It sounds like it want's to go, but wont fully make it.
Bike started monday, got home. Put it away, took it out thursday it would not start.
Friend said it sounded like it was running on only three 3 cylinders.
So, gutted it all out, dropped the rad.
All spark plugs BUT one looked good. of course one plug wasn't sparking, so I assume coil because the plug looked perfect.( fuel was on the plug)
Now with that, we decided to test out all the coil's and all the spark plugs to see if we got a spark off the header/block.
We can not get any of the plugs to spark.
Any reason for this? I'm stumped.
-all lights work
- FUSES are good
-fuel pump is good
-no burn marks anyways so electrical seems to be good.
-Battery is good

Only seen it once on my friends old katana, both coil packs took a crap so all 4 didn't work, but if you checked all the fuses and wiring and it all looks good just take one spark plug preferably new so you know it works and stick it one by one in the coils and see if it'll spark, which ever ones it doesn't then bad coil most likely if they all make the plug spark then the current plugs are no good

All spark plugs are good.
Replaced only coil that needs replacing.
Rest are fine.
It's still not firing.
Also, they all are seperate coils, there are no packs. They all run to the same wiring harness.
So only thing that would make sense if they aren't all firing is that the harness or a connector is dead.
To Apex: we tested all coils and all plugs, none of them created a spark on a grounded piece if metal
