so today coming back to work from lunch, when i would stop at a light, the bike would slowly idle down and stall. it started right up fine afterwards. any clues to why it would be stalling? the idle is set at 1200. i filled it up with gas to make sure, and the same thing happened. thanks in advance.

 

After you re-started it did it idle normally?

 

no, same thing at every light.

 

First thing I'd do is run the idle up to 1350rpm and see if that keeps it from cutting out. Carbs may need to be synched, fuel filter could be clogged, idle jet could be gunked. RPM adjustment is easiest thing to start with.
